Registration fee includes:
- Admission to all conference speakers, sessions, and functions
- Opening workshop (Thursday)
- Coffee and limited breakfast items (all days)
- Lunch (all days)
- Printed conference materials
The preferred method of payment is credit card. A secure, online method of credit card payment is available directly from the registration page.

Cancellations received in writing by December 1, 2017 may receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. After December 1, 2017 no refunds will be provided. All cancellations must be received in writing.
