We hope that you'll make flight plans to join us for the entire Institute, as there are still plenty of Saturday flights after 1pm!

Local Transportation

Airport shuttles: The DoubleTree hotel provides shuttles to and from the Tallahassee Regional Airport as long as arrangements are made with them. We will also be providing shuttles throughout the Institute between the DoubleTree and campus.

Cabs: Tallahassee is an Uber city. There are also several local taxi services, including:

City Taxi (850) 575-7575
American Transportation (850) 228-9669

Parking on Campus

Attendees will be contacted by our Transportation Committee to confirm transportation needs. We strongly discourage attendees from parking on campus and cannot guarantee the availability of parking, especially on Thursday and early Friday. Regular shuttles will be provided between the DoubleTree Hotel and campus. If you would like to purchase a daily campus parking permit on your own, please contact Transportation & Parking Services.
